Halloween Pumpkin Head Photo Session in Fresno, California | Spooky Season Fun
This session was definitely one for the books! A few weeks before Halloween, a guy reached out to me wanting to plan a pumpkin head photo shoot for him and his girlfriend to celebrate spooky season — and I immediately said yes! This was such a creative idea, and I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to have some fun, try something new, and get in the Halloween spirit.
The couple was amazing to work with — super friendly, full of energy, and they even came prepared with their own pose ideas and prompts. I love when clients bring creativity to the session because it allows me to bounce off their ideas and add my own twist. We spent the evening laughing nonstop, trying out both cute and funny poses that perfectly captured their personalities and the playful Halloween vibe.
As the sunset hit just right, the lighting made everything come together beautifully — moody tones, warm glow, and those iconic pumpkin heads stealing the show. I was able to get outside of my comfort zone with new angles and compositions, and honestly, I loved every second of it.
By the end of the session, we all kept saying how much fun it was and how unique the photos turned out. These are the types of sessions that remind me why I love what I do — capturing people who are having fun, being themselves, and not afraid to do something a little different.
